One of the biggest challenges for many women is the time and energy spent looking in the mirror and reapplying lipstick to maintain the color of their lips. Tina has perfected her very own techniques for permanent lips. The first is the lip liner, second is, of course, full lip color, and lastly is what Tina calls a "blended lip liner". Please note that immediately after the lips have been worked on that the lip color is one or two shades darker and more vivid than what the final results will be.
